Instructions
Step 1
Combine beef and seasonings together and mix until well combined set aside to marinate for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes make 4 to 5 beef patties.
Step 2
Next add mayo, ketchup, mustard, sweet chili sauce, and chopped dill pickles in a bowel. Mix until it’s a smooth and silky sauce.
Step 3
Preheat a cast iron skillet or non stick pan and toast your brioche buns first.
Step 4
Remove your brioche buns and add your beef and cook til your desired doneness making sure to get a good crust on both sides.
Step 5
Before removing your beef patties add your cheese and let it melt.
Step 6
Last, add your sauce to your buns then your beef patties some more sauce and enjoy!!
