Step 1
Soak the soja cubes in boiled water until become soft squeeze out the water; wash it 2-3 times again, try to wash it thoroughly to reduce the bean smell and squeeze out the water;

Add salt, pepper, five-spice powder, light and dark soy sauce to taste, stir well with your hands; take a small particle and taste it, then season accordingly; add cornstarch and stir well ; let it sit for 30 minutes make it tasty;

Dip the cornstarch again to make the surface crispier (shake off excess flour); heat the oil over low heat (until the oil bubbles immediately after adding the ingredients), fry until the surface is golden brown, then turn over, turn to medium-low heat, and stir-fry until golden and crispy, set aside;

4. Add tomato paste, vinegar, sugar and water to the bowl, pour them into the pot, heat over low heat, add pineapple, cook for 3 minutes to get the sour taste;

5. Add green pepper and red pepper and cook until soft; thicken with starch water;

6. Add the cooked soja cubes and stir-fry quickly for 30 seconds to allow the ingredients to absorb the sauce.
