50 gramssesame seeds
200 gramsnuts mix
peanuts & pepita, etc
230 gramspiloncillo sugar
or brown
1 teaspoonclove
1 teaspoonpepper
1 teaspooncinnamon powder
1Bread
1corn tortilla
100 gramsraisins
3 cupswater
150 gramspure cacao
raw
raw cacao
sea salt
at the end
Instructions
Step 1
Caramelize ingredients with oil except chiles.
Step 2
Boil everything with broth or water until everything is soft, then blend it all.
Step 3
Add the cacao at the end, and "mill and mix" ( the nuts & seeds?)
Step 4
Best served in San Miguel de Allende ... :)
