Step 1
Chop the onion and mince the garlic. Sautee until soft and then add in the beef and the chopped green chilis. Once the beef is done, add in the taco seasoning, ranch dressing, and green chilis. Then, add in all vegetables and bring to a boil. Once boiling, turn down the heat and simmer for 30 minutes. Top with cheese and serve with tortilla strips of chips.
