My wife was craving chicken, tomato sauce and cheese; this is what I whipped up!

Chicken
Step 1
Combine the salt, pepper and garlic powder in a bowl and season the chicken. Line a tray with parchment paper and throw the chicken in the tray. Bake at 450F for 30 min.
Tomato sauce
Step 2
Dice the onion and chop the garlic and sweat them in a pot with a little bit of oil. Season with salt. Add the can of tomatoes in when the onions become translucent. Blend with an immersion blender until the sauce is smooth. Season with salt, cover with a lid and set to low heat.
Cheese
Step 3
Grate the cheese and set a side.
Assembling
Step 4
When the chicken wings are cooked add a ladle of tomato sauce to each wing and top with grated cheese. Bake in the oven for - few minutes to melt the cheese. Finish with fresh black pepper and serve!
