Shrimp and broccoli in a spicy garlic sauce with jasmine rice.
FIRST- always make sure to taste and season to YOUR liking. Adding a little extra seasoning or removing 1 isn’t going to hurt. As long as you’re not missing with the main ingredients mixing it up to your liking is always my real way of making delicious food.

For the sauce

½ cupvegetable broth

3 Tbsplow sodium soy sauce

2 Tbsprice vinegar

2 Tbspmaple syrup

½ tspsesame oil

¼ tspred peppers flakes

¼ Tbspsmoked paprika

1 Tbspcornstarch

2 tspChinese rice wine
For the pan
Instructions
Step 1
Add all ingredients for the sauce into a medium sized bowl and stir with a whisk. Set aside
Step 2
Next heat vegetable oil in a sauce pan over medium heat. Add fresh garlic and ginger.
Step 3
Whisk the sauce again, then add onto saucepan. Bring to a boil and then let it simmer until thickened, stirring frequently.
Step 4
I added my shrimp and broccoli into the sauce for about 7 minutes and ITS READY TO SERVE!
