Instructions
Step 1
1. Add chia seeds to mixer bowl. Mill for 20 sec/speed 9/MC on. Scrape mixer bowl down.
Step 2
2. Add remaining ingredients and blend for 30 sec/speed 7/MC on, using your spatula to help combine if needed. Scrape mixer bowl down and repeat.
Step 3
3. Transfer mixture to standard ice cube trays, remembering that you will want to portion into 4 serves of approx. 140 g or 4.9 oz each and store in the freezer. We recommend silicone ice cube trays, as they pop straight out for easy use.
Step 4
To Use: Add one serving of smoothie cubes to mixer bowl, blend with 200 g or 7 oz milk of choice, coconut water or water for 1 min/speed 9/MC on.
