This is the perfect summer time dish it’s light it’s fresh it’s sweet with a hint of spice. I served it over some white rice, for a lighter option serve it over some mixed greens and enjoy!!!

Ingredients

3chicken breasts
to 4
1 teaspoonsalt
1 teaspoonpaprika
1 teaspooncumin
1 teaspoonturmeric
1 teaspoononion powder
1 teaspoongarlic powder
½ teaspoonCayenne pepper
or to taste
½ teaspoonblack pepper
2 tablespoonsolive oil
1mango
0.5red onion
small
0.5bell pepper
any color will do
1jalapeño
deseeded
cilantro
as much as you want
1lime
juice
¼ teaspoonsalt
¼ teaspoonblack pepper
or to taste
Instructions
Step 1
1-the chicken—mix together all the spices then drizzle olive oil on the chicken breasts first, then Season the chicken with the spice mixture and do that on both sides.
Step 2
2-Air fry the chicken breasts at 400° for 15 minutes turning them halfway or until The internal temperature hits 165°.
Step 3
3-The salsa—Peel and dice the mango then add in the rest of the vegetables, the juice of one lime and season with salt and black pepper and mix.
Step 4
4-once the chicken is out of the air fryer let it rest for five minutes slice then serve it on top of some white rice, add the delicious mango salsa on top, garnish with some more cilantro, some lemon wedges and enjoy!!!!
