Instructions
Step 1
Begin by bringing a large pan of salted water to the boil
Step 2
Meanwhile add a drizzle of olive oil to a frying pan and bring to a medium heat
Step 3
Dice bacon and garlic ( and mushrooms if you're using them)
Step 4
Add pasta to pot of boiling water and bacon to frying pan
Step 5
Once bacon is almost cooked add garlic to frying pan
Step 6
Cook pasta to aldente and once bacon is cooked thoroughly remove pan from heat
Step 7
Using tongs or a fork remove Spaghetti from pan of water and put it into the frying pan with the bacon
Step 8
Stir in egg yolks and seasoning
Step 9
Add dairy free cheese if you'd like
