Instructions
Step 1
Generously season pork chops with garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Step 2
Heat oil in an extra deep 12" skillet over medium heat. Place pork chops in hot oil and brown on both sides, 4 to 5 minutes per side.
Step 3
Remove chops from skillet and pour off any accumulated drippings. Return chops to skillet and pour in apple juice to almost cover chops.
Step 4
Reduce heat to low, cover skillet, simmer until chops are fork tender, 30 to 40 minutes.
