Step 1
You need a pot. Start by setting the shit to high heat and then put in bacon. Season with pepper. If you're very brave you chop up like 1/3 or 1/4 of a garlic clove and put in aswell.
Step 2
When bacon is done remove it to a bowl with paper towels to drain. Keep the fat in the pot
Step 3
Go down to medium and then add eggs. Let it cook for like 15 seconds and then stir it in with the fat. It might be a gross amount of fat. But it will make the egg the right consistency. Again, season with pepper
Step 4
If the technique is mastered correctly. The eggs should now have a soft breadcrumb consistency. Add egg crumble to a bowl. And add bacon aswell. Mix it up and then fill up your buns. I would recommend toasting the hotdog buns. When filled, season with black pepper to your liking.
