Instructions

Step 1
Heat oil in a frying pan, add the chopped onion and fry for 5 min until starting to turn golden around edges.
Step 2
Stir in garlic, chopped red pepper, paprika and crushed chilli and cook for 2 min. Add the tomatoes, stock. Bring to the boil then transfer to oven-safe saucepan. Break tuna into large pieces and stir into mixture. Cover with a lid and cook over a low heat for 10-15 min.
Step 3
When almost ready to serve, bring a large saucepan of water to the boil, add the spaghetti and cook for 8 min. Drain and stir into the tomato sauce to coat the pasta.
