Peel the woody outside of the broccoli stalks and grate the in to a bowl

Add a generous pinch of salt and mix in the lemon juice & zest, chilli powder, turmeric, fresh chopped coriander, fresh ginger finely chopped, green chilli

Step 3
Add the gram flour, baking powder and mix well.

Gradually add a little water to make a batter consistency.

Divide the mix into 4 and fry in a little oil until golden on both sides
