Step 1
Start by spiralizing the carrots and zucchinis. Next, julienne your red capsicum and pear followed by roughly chopping the coriander. Place all the salad ingredients, except the sesame seeds, in a large bowl and toss to combine.
Step 2
To make the dressing, place all the ingredients together and whisk to combine. Once completed, fry your tofu on medium heat until golden.
Step 3
Serve the salad in bowls, pour the dressing on top and sprinkle over the toasted sesame seeds and top with tofu.
