This smoothie is high in protein, antioxidants, and fiber. 2 full servings of fruit! Chia seeds are high in fiber and are gluten free. I recommend pre bagging all of the ingredients and throwing in the freezer for easy meal prep. If everything is frozen, you may want to add milk or water of your choice to add some liquid. If you want to freeze the yogurt, you can put it in ice cube trays for easy meal prep.
