Step 1
Add the pasta to a large pot of boiling, generously salted water. Cook until al dente. Drain.

In the meantime, make the sauce. Heat some oil in a large pan. Add the onions & garlic to the pan and sauté on low until clear.

Add the bacon to the pan & cook over medium heat until crispy. Add the chicken and stir until brown.

Add the peppers & cook for 3-5 minutes.

Remove from the heat & pour in the pesto. Toss in the cheese and pine nuts and stir well. Season to taste with salt & pepper. Enjoy!
