Step 1
Boil quail eggs.
Step 2
Dice Napa cabbage and separate leafy and stem parts.
Step 3
Julianne the carrots and mince garlic and ginger.
Step 4
Sauté the garlic and ginger and cabbage stems first. Season with salt to taste.
Step 5
Add the leafy parts of cabbage, edamame and soy sauce. Then add in the peeled quail eggs if using and stir for a few minutes.
Step 6
Serve and top with toasted sesame seeds.
