250mlvegetable stock

Step 1
Cook rice!
Step 2
Chop onion, pepper and ginger
Step 3
Cook onion for ~5 mins then add ginger and pepper
Step 4
Add the cream, lemon juice, tomato puree and spices
Step 5
Gradually add stock while keeping consistency
Step 6
Add Quorn and other stuff and simmer for 5-10 mins
