6chicken wings
cut into half
3lemongrass
cut into half and split up the sheaths
1chili padi
chopped
1 Tbspgarlic
sliced
Marinade for Chicken
Sauce (combined)
Instructions
Step 1
Deep fry the chicken and put aside.
Step 2
Put oil in wok, fry lemongrass, chilli padi and garlic until fragrant and crispy. Dish out.

Pour in sauce and simmer for a while. Return chicken to wok. Toss and fry until chicken is well coated with sauce.
