Ingredients
3 servings

1can chickpeas

1 packageyellow rice

0.25red onion

0.25tomato
no juice

¼ cuppickles
shredded

tahini sauce

1garlic cloves

½ tspsalt

½ cuptahini paste

¼ tsplemon juice

6 Tbspwater
1 Tbspfalafel spice blend

4 TbspParsley leaves

3 TbspCilantro leaves

1 Tbspdill

¼ tspcayenne pepper

¾ tspblack pepper

cumin

coriander

garlic powder

onion powder
Instructions
Step 1
a. Rinse canned chickpeas and dry them super well
Step 2
b. Saute for 10 minutes
Step 3
c. Mix spices into blend and add to chickpeas, then saute until crispy
Step 4
d. Cook rice
Step 5
e. Pile everything into a bowl with tahini sauce
Step 6
For tahini sauce, stir recipe together
