Instructions
Step 1
Fry onion, garlic, and grated ginger in oil

Add garam masala, ground ginger, turmeric, ground ginger, with a splash of the stock if needed

Add the lentils, stock, and coconut milk. Bring to the boil

Add any other veg as desired
Step 5
Reduce the heat and simmer for approx. 30 mins until the lentils are tender and the liquid has reduced, stirring regularly
Step 6
Cube the paneer (and dice the chicken if using) and stir through until piping hot. Season to taste with the cayenne pepper, garlic salt, salt and pepper.
