Step 1
Mix 1 package yeast with 1 cup of warm water (not hot but warm enough to grow yeast). Mix till dissolved.
Step 2
Add 1 tsp sugar and 1 tsp salt, 3 TBS vegetable oil, 1 cup of whole wheat flour and about 2 cups of white flour (knead in gradually and back off it the flour stops absorbing into the doughy mix.) Cover and set aside for 45 min.l to rise.
Step 3
While it is rising, make sauce. Use 1 small can of tomato paste and 1/2 cup water mixed. Add oregano, garlic basil, pepper and salt to taste. (I don't really measure.)
Step 4
After it had risen, punch down the dough. Split dough in half. Roll out 2 pizzas. Add sauce, cheese and whatever toppings. Bake at 425 until done.
