Instructions
Step 1
Heat the pan over medium to high heat. Add oil and chicken cook until golden brown. Once cooked add chopped red onion cook for 5 minutes.
Step 2
While the chicken and onion is cooking, cook your orzo pasta in boiling salted water for 5 minutes. Drain and reverse the pasta water.
Step 3
To the fry pan add the pesto and cream cheese along with a splash of the pasta water. Allow it to reduce for a couple of minutes.
Step 4
Remove from the heat and add the cheeses. Stir until the cheese has melted. Add the orzo and some more of the pasta water if it’s to thick.
