medium-sized, cut roughly in medium-egg-sized chunks
2 lbsSmoked Sausage
8 earsfresh corn
shucked & broken in 1/2’s
4 lbsshrimp in shells
large, or how much ever you can afford or net that day
2 lbsblue crabs

Instructions
Step 1
In a large stock pot, bring first 5 ingredients to a boil & leave on high heat.
Step 2
Add potatoes & onions (reserve a 1/2 onion) & cook 8 minutes.
Step 3
Add corn & cook 2 minutes.
Step 4
Add sausage & reserved 1/2 onion & cook for 5 minutes.
Step 5
Add shrimp (& crabs if ya got ‘em) and cook 2 minutes.
Step 6
Drain liquid & pour on table covered with paper (or into containers) & sprinkle with additional Old Bay seasoning.
