Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 450.
Step 2
Frozen broccoli on sheet pan with canola oil, garlic salt, red pepper flakes, and black pepper. Goes in the oven top rack for 20-25 minutes.
Step 3
Chop pecans. Throw them in the oven for 2-3 minutes.
Step 4
Grate parmesan.
Step 5
Chop peppadew.
Step 6
When broccoli is nicely charred, remove from the oven and sprinkle with parmesan.
Step 7
Combine broccoli, pecans, and peppadew in a bowl. Add salt and peppadew oil to taste.
