Instructions

Step 1
Brown ground beef for about 4 minutes or until 50% cooked.
Step 2
Add in onions, garlic, and bell pepper. Cook for an additional 4 minutes.
Step 3
Add in green beans, 1/2 C beef broth, and 120 mL stir fry sauce.
Step 4
Add in seasonings of choice and combine well. Cover and cook for 7-8 minutes or until vegetables are ready.
Step 5
Each bowl will have 1.5 C beef mixture and 1 C white rice (or side of choice).
