Instructions

Step 1
Sautee mushrooms in sesame seed oil till golden brown and set aside. add in diced shallots, chopped green pepper, butternut squash, and minced ginger, and cook for 1 minute. Add mustard greens, vegetable broth, date syrup, salt and pinch of cayenne pepper, and key lime juice. Then toss in zucchini noodles and mushrooms and cook for 2- 3 minutes.
