Instructions

Step 1
Sauté onion, garlic, poultry seasoning, cinnamon, ginger, spicy coco sauce and honey.
Step 2
add water and vegetables and simmer for 30 minutes. Add bay leaf 5 minutes before end of cooking and remove before eating. purée if you prefer
