This is the only way I want to eat Avocado toast because it’s so delicious. Extra crispy toast spicy garlic chili paste perfect mashed Avocado and eggs . Just scrumptious!

Instructions
Step 1
Heat your grill machine or pan then butter two slices of bread and put in the grill or pan until golden and crispy


Step 2
Half the avocado then mash half on each side of the toast . Spread a thin layer of your favorite chili garlic paste over the avocado ( I use lemon chili garlic paste but use whatever you like) then cut cherry tomatoes and arrange in a circle on each slice leaving a hole in the middle .



Step 3
Crack the eggs and gently place them in the Centre of the tomato circle . Season with salt and black pepper then place under the grill until the egg is cooked just how you like it !
