Ingredients
6 servings
2chicken breasts
shredded
0.67 Cupslivered almonds
toasted
1 x 12 ozfrozen mixed veggies
2 tablespoonsoil
2 teaspoonsBriyani Spice
2 TablespoonsBriyani Spice
Kurdish
1 teaspoonturmeric
1 teaspoonblack pepper
2 teaspoonssalt
1 packageeggroll wrappers
Instructions
Step 1
Add oil to pan and heat to medium.
Step 2
Next add one bag of frozen mixed veggies and turmeric, black pepper, and salt. Sauté for several minutes. Stirring occasionally.
Step 3
Add precooked shredded chicken and sauté for a few minutes and then add Briyani spices.
Step 4
Meanwhile airfry for 8 mins at 400 degrees the almonds or brown in a pan on medium.
Step 5
Add almonds into rest of ingredients. Sauté, reduce heat and cover for 5 mins. Stir occasionally.
Step 6
Add 2 spoonfuls of mixture to each eggroll wrapper. Orient your wrapper like a diamond. Put filling in middle and fold in both points on either side. Then fold up point at bottom. Take water and wet the top edges. Then tightly roll up wrapper.
Step 7
Fry in oil in a frying pan on medium high. Rotate every so often so to ensure even frying. Fry till golden brown.
