Instructions

Step 1
Air fry chicken at 180 for 15mins
Step 2
Make sauce. Mix coconut milk, xantham gum and satay sauce
Step 3
Cook rice and vegetable in microwave
Step 4
Add rice to bowl. Slice chicken and add on top of rice. Add veggies
Step 5
Heat sauce in microwave or stovetop
Step 6
Top bowl with sauce and sliced spring onion
