Step 1
Mix all ingredients in a blender to create marinade.
Step 2
Make incisions in chicken at fleshiest parts (2-3 a piece) and mix with marinade. Slather marinade into incisions.
Step 3
Marinate for a few hours in the fridge. Morning to afternoon or evening
Step 4
Put chicken pieces in pan. Make sure they don’t touch each other. Rub excess marinade into incisions
Step 5
25 mins in hot oven (450) and then turn it over for 20 mins
