Instructions
Step 1
Slice chicken breast into thin strips
Step 2
Marinate the strips in half a lime and all the spices. Refrigerate for at-least 20mins (upto an hour)
Step 3
Cook chicken in oil on high heat until it changes colour and then turn heat low and cover until fully cooked through (15-20mins total). If chicken releases too much water, turn heat high and dry it out before adding veggies
Step 4
Add sliced onions and bell peppers and stir fry on high heat for 5mins until the vegetables soften slightly.
Step 5
Add some cheese (optional) and cover with a lid so it melts in steam.
Step 6
Serve in warm tortilla wrap with lettuce and jhalepenos
