Instructions
Step 1
On a pan over low heat, melt the butter.
Step 2
Add the garlic and saute for 30 seconds.
Step 3
Add the rice cakes and stir fry on low heat for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Add in the soy sauce and hot sauce (of your choice) and stir fry for an additional 3 minutes or until the rice cakes have softened.
Step 5
Add the honey and stir fry for 1 minute or until the sauce has slightly caramelized.
Step 6
Top with mozzarella cheese and allow for it to melt.
Step 7
Garnish with sesame seeds and enjoy immediately!
