Ingredients

Salmon Filet

2 tspdijon mustard

4 tspcoconut sugar

2 tspdried thyme

1 tspsmoked paprika

½ tspsalt

½ tspblack pepper

Instructions
Salmon
Step 1
Coat your salmon filet(s) with the dijon mustard.


Step 2
Combine the remaining seasoning ingredients in a small bowl. Sprinkle the seasoning onto the salmon filet(s) and ensure that they are coated evenly.






Step 3
Place Salmon in Air Fryer for 12-15 minutes at 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

Rice
Step 4
Place your rice and water into a pot on high heat. Once water starts boiling, turn the heat down to low, stir the rice, and place a lid on it. Start a timer for 12 minutes.



Step 5
At the 12 minute mark, turn the heat off. Do not remove the cover. Let the rice rest for 10 minutes.
Step 6
Fluff the rice with a fork. It's now ready to be served.

Veggies
Step 7
Chop the cucumbers and sweet peppers into small slices.




Step 8
Place all veggies in a bowl and season with everything but the bagel seasoning, your choice of ginger dressing, and some chili crunch. Mix it all together.

Finally, plate the veggies, top with the rice, and top that with the salmon. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, if desired.
