Instructions

Step 1
In a large bowl combine the yogurt with cumin, turmeric, black pepper, paprika, a bit of cinnamon and salt.
Step 2
Add the chicken to the marinade and toss until fully coated. Set aside.
Step 3
Cook the chicken in the pan until it is cooked through . (4 min, 3 min, 6 min lid-on + low-heat and 10 min lid-on heat-off).
Step 4
Cook onions and bell peppers in the pan with a bit of olive oil and salt until they are tender.
Step 5
Prepare the sauce by placing all ingredients in a medium sized bowl and whisking with a fork until smooth.
Step 6
Mix the sauce with the chicken.
Step 7
Serve with pita bread or rice.
