Instructions

Step 1
Place dough into a bowl and rip it apart gently with your hands into small pieces. Combine 4 tablespoons of melted butter and 1/2 tablespoon of coloring. Pour onto dough and toss well until all is covered and colored. Melt remaining 2 tablespoons of butter and add to a nonstick skillet (about 8-9 inch) add 1/4 teaspoon of coloring and brush the butter and coloring all over the pan to coat evenly. Place the dough into the bottom of the skillet and reserve 2 to 3 tablespoons for later. Press into an even layer then top with mozzarella cheese and add the remaining dough on top. Place the skillet over medium low heat for 15 minutes until Golden Brown around the edges and the cheese is melted. You’ll know it’s ready to flip once it shakes as you move the pan. Flip it into your serving dish top with simple syrup and crust crushed pistachios then enjoy.
