Preheat the oven to 400°F.

Grease a medium-size casserole dish with a neutral oil, like canola oil.

Season the salmon with garlic salt, black pepper, and oil.

Shred the imitation crab and cut into smaller pieces.

In a bowl, combine the imitation crab, cooked salmon, cream cheese, kewpie mayonnaise, sriracha, and green onions.

Season cooked white rice with rice vinegar and flatten out into bottom of casserole dish.

Sprinkle furikake on top of the rice.

Spread the imitation crab mixture on top of the rice.

Bake at 400°F for 10-20 minutes or until the rice is slightly golden brown.

Garnish with more furikake, then drizzle kewpie mayonnaise and sriracha on top.

To serve, add a spoonful of sushi bake on top of a seaweed snack sheet. Top with diced avocado and/or sesame seeds, if you'd like.
