or 1/2 of 29 oz can

1 teaspoonbaking powder

1 teaspooncinnamon

½ teaspoonginger

½ teaspoonnutmeg

½ teaspoonsalt

1 teaspoonvanilla extract

4 tablespoonsvegetable oil
or olive

2eggs

½ cupgranulated sugar

1 ½ cupsgluten free all purpose flour
with xantham gum or add 1/2 tsp xantham gum

½ cupalmond milk
Instructions
Step 1
Mix together pumpkin, sugar, eggs, oil, spices, sugar, salt, and vanilla. Stir in gluten free flour and baking powder. Add almond milk and mix until fully combined. Cook in a waffle iron (about ⅓ cup of batter per waffle. Makes 6) Make sure to spray waffle iron with cooking spray
