Pan fried Tilapia
I made this delicious pan fry tilapia with a delicious white sauce and served it over some red rice. I am not a seafood person but let me tell you I devoured it, it was so delicious…..
——ingredients——
-7 Tilapia fillets (wash then pat dry)
-1 tablespoon seasoned salt (lawry’s)
-1 tablespoon cajun seasoning
-1 tablespoon paprika
-1 tablespoon onion powder
-1 tablespoon lemon pepper
-1 tablespoon garlic powder
-3 cups Italian style breadcrumbs
-6 eggs
-1/4 teaspoon black pepper
-1/4 teaspoon salt
-1 and 1/2 cups oil for frying

Fry the fish on medium to high heat for about 4 minutes per side or until golden.

-1 cup mayonnaise
-1 tablespoon dill relish
-1 tablespoon mustard
-2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
-the juice of half a lemon
-1/4 teaspoon black pepper
