Step 1
In a medium non-stick pan, place two large/wide mouth mason jar lids (centers removed). Spray entire pan with cooking spray and place over medium heat.
Step 2
Crack one egg into center of each lid ring and lightly whisk with a fork, to break up the yolk.
Step 3
Pour water around lids and cover the pan. Letting eggs steam, cook until whites are cooked through, about 3-4 minutes.
Step 4
Remove lid and top ONE egg with cheese. Cook until cheese is slightly melted, about 1 minute more.
Step 5
Invert egg bun without cheese onto a plate. Top with salt and pepper, sliced tomato and cooked bacon. Top with cheesy egg bun, cheesy side down. Garnish as desired.
