Instructions

Step 1
Pasta should be added to boiling, salted water, and simmered for about 8 minutes. Slice the onion, chop the broccoli stem into small pieces, and prepare the broccoli by chopping it into small florets. Broccoli and onion are added to a big pan that has been heated with olive oil. After about 5 minutes of stirring and frying, add the cream cheese.
Step 2
Pour in a little of the pasta water that was set aside, then whisk to create a sauce. Stir again after adding the seasonings, then cook the sauce on medium for an additional 5 minutes to thicken.
Step 3
After adding the drained pasta, toss everything together once more before dividing it into four equal portions and adding fresh parsley as a garnish. Bon appétit!
