Instructions
Step 1
Place your tenders on a napkin lined plate and pat dry. Season each side with salt and pepper.
Step 2
In a small bowl add eggs. In the other bowl, add panko crumbs and cajun seasoning and lightly stir. Dip chicken tenders into the eggs, then panko bread crumbs.
Step 3
Load the tenders into air fryer basket and lightly spray with olive oil spray.
Step 4
Cook at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes or until cooked through.
