cooked

4 cupslettuce
thinly sliced

2 cupsred cabbages
thinly sliced

1red chili pepper
thinly sliced

1.25 lbssalmon
sashimi grade, cut into 1" cubes

0.5 lbtuna
sashimi grade, cut into 1" cubes

⅓ cupsweetfish roe
masago

4 Tbsptoasted sesame oil

brown sesame seeds
to garnish

black sesame seeds

nori sheets
cut into thin strips to garnish

½ cupred pepper paste
available at Asian markets and labeled "Gochujang")

3 Tbspsoy sauce

2 Tbsptoasted sesame oil

3 Tbsphoney
or agave syrup

2 Tbsprice wine vinegar

1garlic clove
grated, or 1/2 tsp garlic powder

1green onion
thinly sliced

water
one tbsp at a time to thin out the sauce
Instructions
Step 1
Add about 1 cup of lettuce, 1/4 cup of cabbage, and a few slices of red chilis to a large bowl
Step 2
Add about 1 cup of rice over the vegetables
Step 3
Top with a quarter of your sashimi grade salmon and tuna
Step 4
Drizzle with 1 tbsp of toasted sesame oil and about 1/4 cup of gochujang sauce (more or less depending on your preference and spice tolerance)
Step 5
Sprinkle with sliced green onions, brown and black sesame seeds then garnish with nori strips
