hot

1 tspvegetarian Worcester sauce
or regular Worcestershire sauce for non-vegetarian

1 Tbspcornflour
mixed with 3 tbsp cold water, to form a slurry, cornstarch in USA

2 Tbspcrème fraiche

300gfresh tagliatelle
or swap with your favourite fresh pasta

20baby basil leaves

4 Tbsphard cheese
shaved vegetarian Italian-style, or parmesan for non- vegetarian
