Tofu Tikka Masala

Could easily add spinach, 50% more tofu and other veg to fill this out. The Sauce made 5-6 servings, not 4

1kg of passata is wayyy too much! The tofu was too soft for my taste, so I would leave it longer on the oven and not with so much marinade.
