Warming Red Lentil Sweet Potato Soup (Instant Pot!)

Tasty, I added a little soy sauce and nutritional yeast as suggested here. A little sweet but great with the clove Quick to make relatively, you can double the portions for more as they are pretty exact

Missing some depth of flavor, I'll add Nutritional yeast, gochugang, and some soy to my broth next time to help that but otherwise good. Needs more spice next time as well. Otherwise it is really creamy and was lovely to make (my first use of the instant pot!)

Lusciously thick and warming soup, perfect for autumn. I like that you don't get any lentil texture, it just thickens it. I added chili oil on top. This took closer to an hour and a half to make and maybe part of that was down to me upping the servings to 6 to fill the freezer.

Such a delicious comforting soup. I omitted the maple syrup and topped with more cayenne.

This is so good. It's rich and warming with just a little kick of spice.
