Garlic Butter Shrimp Scampi

Added red paper flakes per plate because kids, also made fresh pasta

Did not add lemon juice but instead added some salt, garlic powder and onion powder when finished

Added this to our weekly plan now. Turned out to be super delicious and felt special with little time and cost about 7 bucks a serving.

I used mafalda pasta and added shaved parm on top. I think next time, instead of the packet of spices, I'll use fresh garlic and other spices.

I tasted it before adding the lemon juice and there was definitely enough lemon from the seasoning that we didn't need it.

I added zucchini to the dish. Loved it

Used different sauce because I couldn’t find the one specified and I also had a lemon herb butter that I also used

Add 5 pieces of chopped garlic instead of the premade mix and add more butter in with the shrimp. Top with parsley and some Parmesan cheese .

Make whole 16oz pasta

Came out pretty good. I did make a little extra, though my father ate it all up. So definitely a go to pasta dish.

I too— did not have the spice packet— I added an extra slab of butter—- minced onion and a little crushed pepper—- with a drizzle of heavy cream. Yum.

I added peas to it. Didn’t have the scampi sauce packet, but just added butter, garlic, crushed red peppers (suggested by others) and it was good!

Pro tip: squeeze lemon juice into your sauce and then simmer the lemons in there until ready to serve! The flavor is so much stronger Also added zucchini and squash and topped with Parmesan

Family of 6 here. Needed to increase the amount of pasta for Lg families. Doubled the pasta and still not really enough! Gonna make this a regular go-to meal.

This dish was sooo good! I did not have the shrimp scampi mix but used minced garlic, onion salt, crushed red pepper instead…I also used white wine w/ lemon cooking wine…the scampi sauce was fantastic!

Delicious!! I couldn't find any of the seasoning packets, so I used fresh minced garlic, salt, and pepper and it turned out great. I'd add more garlic next time and maybe some veggies. The little ones loved it too, so big win!! This was quick and easy to make, so will definitely be added as a go-to.

Easy and simple. Using garlic salt, garlic pepper, parsley. Couldn’t find the seasoning. We ate it with shrimp and smoked duck breast meat.

I had cooked frozen shrimp and cut up cherry tomatoes, yellow squash, zucchini, and asapargus and cooked those with the shrimp in the garlic butter sauce, lemon juice, and parmesan. Then just tossed in the noodles. It was super easy, quick, and my kids loved it!!

This was very tasty! I followed ingredients plus added some lemon zest after using the fresh juice, broccoli, and tomatoes (we love tomatoes in everything) and parsley flakes on top. It was so, so good! Will definitely make this again!

Its a bot bland so I added 1/2 cup of cream and chili flakes

I could not find the seasoning packet so I used 1/4c garlic salt and 1 teaspoon parsley. X-large sized shrimp is what I used. I love linguine so used one pound and makes enough for leftovers! So easy and quick to prepare.

Did not find garlic shrimp scampi seasoning. Used 2 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon parsley and 1/2 teaspoon pepper. It was flavored perfectly.

Made this dish at least three times and it is delicious. I actually use already cooked and devein frozen shrimp large or two bags of medium. I just unthaw and cut the tails off I also use two packs of the McCormick shrimp packages. I also don't use the lemon juice or I believe white wine and it taste just as good. Will keep making it's also good with the homemade garlic bread recipe on here also.

I made this with Angel Hair pasta Instead of linguine. It was good! My toddler loved the noodles and I made a side of cheese bread. We are a family of 3 so we had some left overs.

Add plenty butter

This was a hit with my wife and 10 year old. I added a generous pinch of kosher salt to the pasta water. Absolutely delicious!

I added spinach and black beans. Very good. Package of seasoning added a nice touch.

This recipe is simple and easy to make but the only thing I would suggest is to get two of the McCormick packets.

Easy and yummy! But, the shrimp came in 12 oz. or 24 oz. bags and not a 1 lb. or 16 oz. I went with a 12 oz. bag with the 8 ozs. of pasta, and it was fine. I pulled the tails off of the shrimp and deveined what showed up then prior to cooking it.
