Pour dressing over fish in shallow dish; turn to evenly coat both sides of fillets. Refrigerate 30 min. Meanwhile| combine bread crumbs and Parmesan in separate shallow dish.,Heat oven to 350ºF. Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add vegetables; cook 5 min. or until softened| stirring frequently. Remove from heat.,Cover baking sheet with foil; spray with cooking spray. Remove fish from dressing; discard dressing. Dip fish| 1 fillet at a time| in crumb mixture| turning to evenly coat both sides of each fillet. Place on prepared baking sheet. Spread with chili sauce; top with vegetables and mozzarella.,Bake 15 to 20 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork. Drizzle with lemon juice.
