Vegan chicken noodle soup

It was good, a tiny bit bland maybe. Next time I might consider adding a spice mix, but it was good like this as well. Maybe some chili if I have a cold? Remember, the taste is going to heavily depend on the broth/stock you choose, so choose a good one. Very easy to make, and quick as well. The vegetables were still firm (not crunchy or hard, just not mushy).
